Another interesting museum to visit in Munich with kids is Munich’s Toy Museum. It is located in Munich’s old Town Hall and spreads over four floors (no elevator). Opened in 1983, it presents unique historical toys from Europe and the United States, such as teddy bears, dolls or toy trains.
Please be aware that the toys are displayed only for viewing and are not meant to be played around with. Therefore the museum is perhaps best for older kids.
